The Earth Healers goal is 100% customer satisfaction, and we are confident that you will love our products!

If you are not fully satisfied with our herbal products or formulations for any reason, we guarantee either a comparable replacement or a full refund of the purchase price (not including shipping).

We issue credits within 30 days of receipt of the return, which must be received in our office within 21 days of date of original sale. Items received after this date are subject to a 20% restocking fee. All returns must be processed no later than thirty (30) days after the original sale. This is to ensure the freshest and best product experience for our customers!

We suggest you try a product for a week or two if you do not notice the effects right away. Many customers feel the effects sooner, but individual experiences vary.
