BASIC MATCHA RECIPE ( 1 serving )

INGREDIENTS:
  • 8oz milk (Almond, Oat, and Rice milks are all very tasty)
  • 2/3 tsp Awaken Matcha
  • 1 tblsp honey (agave nectar is really good and what we use)

SMOOTHIE:

Blend ingredients together
add a few cubes of ice to chill it or spice it up with some frozen fruit

LATTE:

whisk until frothy in a sauce pan at a medium heat and remove before a boil
Or you can mix or blend ingredients then steam




MATCHA MACA CHOCOLATE RECIPE ( 2 servings )

INGREDIENTS:
  • 12 oz milk (Almond, Oat, and Rice milks are all very tasty)
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon Awaken Matcha
  • 3 tblsp raw organic cacao powder
  • 4 Capsules of Radiance Maca
  • 1/4 cup of coconut milk
  • 1 cup of ice
  • 1 tblsp honey (agave nectar is really good and what we use)

SMOOTHIE:

Blend ingredients together. Makes




MARC'S HEART STOMPING MINT CHIP MATCHA RECIPE ( 1 serving )

INGREDIENTS:
  • 8oz milk (Almond, Oat, and Rice milks are all very tasty)
  • 2/3 tsp Awaken Matcha
  • splash of peppermint flavor (Simply Organic carries this product and you can find it at most health food stores)
  • 1 tblsp honey (agave nectar is really good and what we use)
  • Optional: 1/2 frozen banana

SMOOTHIE:

Blend together, pour into a glass, then sprinkle grated dark chocolate over the top

LATTE:

Same ingredients less the banana and whip together with a whisk in a sauce pan on medium heat and remove before it gets to a boil to preserve quality. Pour into glass and then add the grated dark chocolate
